摘　　要：目的分析坤泰胶囊联合激素替代疗法对改善更年期综合征患者性激素、Kupperman评分的影响.方法选取2022年2月-2023年2月于钦州市妇幼保健院治疗的60例更年期综合征患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为参照组与试验组,每组各30例,参照组给予激素替代疗法治疗,试验组患者则在参照组基础上加用坤泰胶囊治疗,对比两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后血清性激素水平(指标包括:血清雌二醇、促黄体生成素、促卵泡刺激素)和Kupperman评分改善情况及不良反应发生率.结果试验结果显示,试验组治疗总有效率显著高于参照组(P<0.05),两组治疗前血清雌二醇、促黄体生成素、促卵泡刺激素等血清性激素水平和Kupperman评分相比,无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后以上指标均显著改善(P<0.05),且试验组改善情况显著优于参照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率显著低于参照组(P<0.05).结论坤泰胶囊联合激素替代疗法对改善更年期综合征患者性激素、Kupperman评分具有积极的影响,并有利于减少不良反应发生.Objective To analyze the effect of Kuntai Capsule combined with stress replacement therapy on improving sex hormone and Kupperman score in patients with menopausal syndrome.Methods 60 patients with climacteric syndrome treated in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with stress replacement therapy,while the experimental group was treated with Kuntai Capsule on the basis of the reference group.The total effective rates of the two groups were compared the improvement of serum sex hormone levels(including serum estradiol,luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone)and Kupperman score and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results The test results showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the serum levels of estradiol,luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone and other serum sex hormones and Kupperman score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The above indicators were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in the experimental group were significantly better than the reference group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kuntai Capsule combined with stress replacement therapy has a positive effect on improving sex hormones and Kupperman score in patients with menopausal syndrome,and is conducive to reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions.
