加味异功散治疗脾胃气虚型小儿厌食症患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析在为脾胃气虚型小儿厌食症患者实施治疗的过程中加味异功散的临床应用疗效.方法此次试验研究将2023年1月-2023年12月之间于天津市宝坻区中医医院接受治疗的脾胃气虚型小儿厌食症患者60例作为试验对象,将电脑随机分组法作为患者的分组方式,共将患者分为观察组(n=30,治疗方法:予以加味异功散)与对照组(n=30,治疗方法:予以醒脾养儿颗粒).结果两组患者治疗前喂养摄食行为、中医证候积分均无显著差异,P>0.05;而治疗后两组患者上述指标差异显著,P<0.05.结论在为脾胃气虚证小儿厌食症患者实施治疗的过程中加味异功散获得的效果相对较为理想,有助于患者喂养摄食行为的改善,降低了患者的中医证候积分,可以将其作为一种理想的治疗药物予以临床推广.Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of added Yigong Powder in the treatment of pediatric anorexia patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency.Methods In this study,60 cases of pediatric anorexia patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency who received treatment in hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as test subjects.The patients were divided into observation group(n=30,treatment method:Jiawei Yigong Powder)and control group(n=30,treatment method:Xingpi Yanger granule).Results There were no significant differences in feeding behavior and TCM symptom scores between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric anorexia patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome,the effect of adding different function powder is relatively ideal,which is helpful to improve the feeding behavior of patients and reduce the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of patients.It can be used as an ideal therapeutic drug and be promoted in clinic.
