摘 要:为升级改造某在役输油站场内埋地管道实施区域性阴极保护系统,对深井阳极地床、管地电位、腐蚀速率、站内外阴保系统的干扰、站内两套阴保系统之间的影响等项目调试运行后进行了测试;智能区域性阴极保护系统投运后的现场测试比对表明,新建智能区域性阴极保护系统未对其余两套系统带来不良影响,干扰在可接受的范围之内。管地电位IR降偏大,表明站内管道防腐层质量欠佳,建议及时开展站内埋地管道防腐层检测与修补。各埋地管道的区域性阴极保护满足国内标准规定的准则要求。In order to upgrade the implementation of a regional cathodic protection system for buried pipelines in an in-service oil transmission station site,tests were carried out after the commissioning and operation of such items as deep-well anode ground beds,pipe ground potentials,corrosion rates,interference of cathodic protection systems inside and outside the station,and the influence of the two sets of cathodic protection systems in the station.Field tests conducted after the commissioning of the intelligent localized cathodic protection system show that the new system has not adversely affected the other two systems,and interference is within acceptable limits.The pipe-to-soil potential IR drop is relatively high,indicating suboptimal quality of the corrosion protection layer on the station’s pipelines.It is recommended to promptly conduct inspections and repairs of the corrosion protection layer on buried pipelines within the station.The localized cathodic protection for each buried pipeline meets the criteria requirements specified by domestic standards.
