摘  要:附着力是评价涂层性能的一个关键指标,附着力性能的优劣会直接影响涂层的防腐性能和使用寿命。国内外常用的涂层附着力测试方法主要分为划格法、划叉法、划圈法、拉开法、翘剥法五类。本文介绍了五类涂层附着力测试方法及相关标准,并从适用范围、仪器设备、试样、环境条件、结果评定等方面对比分析了每类涂层附着力测试标准的差异性,为涂料企业和检测机构选用适宜的涂层附着力检测标准提供参考,进一步提升涂料行业技术水平。Adhesion is a key indicator for evaluating coating performance,and its quality directly affects the anti-corrosion performance and service life of the coating.The commonly used coating adhesion testing methods at home and abroad are mainly divided into five categories:Cross-cut test,X-cut test,Circle-drawing test,Pull-off test,and Warp-peel test.This paper introduces the five types of adhesion testing methods and standards,and analyzes the differences from the aspects of application scope,instrument equipment,samples,environmental conditions,and result evaluation.It provides reference for coating enterprises and testing institutions to choose suitable adhesion testing standards,which can further improve the technical level of the coating industry.
