摘 要:渤海某注水管线2020年内检测结果显示,该海管存在107093处内损伤,最大损伤深度60.1%,严重影响了该海管的安全运行。为进一步确定该海管的腐蚀机理,本文通过生产组分分析、垢样分析、化学药剂分析、腐蚀模拟分析等手段开展研究,最终确定该海管内腐蚀机理。The internal detection data by MFL of a water injection pipeline in the Bohai Sea during 2020 revealed that there were a total of 107,093 internal defects,with the maximum depth of damage reaching 60.1%,which has severely impacted the safety of the pipeline.In order to further investigate and ascertain the corrosion mechanism within this particular subsea pipeline,this study employed various approaches including production component analysis,scale sample analysis,chemical reagent analysis,and corrosion simulation experiments.Through these comprehensive research methods,the intrinsic corrosion mechanism of the pipeline was ultimately determined.
