摘  要:济南绿地山东国际金融中心(IFC)项目主塔楼设计并实施了1∶40缩尺的振动台试验,塔楼建筑高度428m,抗震设防烈度7度,结构体系为型钢混凝土框架柱-钢筋混凝土核心筒,在中区楼层设有环带,在高区楼层集中设有伸臂、环带和斜墙。本文介绍了试验相似比选取、模型简化、测点布置等试验设计关键点,给出了模型损伤、自振特性、加速度、位移、动应变等典型试验结果,试验结果和有限元分析互为印证,认为结构设计达到预期要求,伸臂和斜墙重合的楼层及其上方为抗震薄弱部位,建议对该部位进一步加强抗震措施。The main tower of Jinan Greenland Shandong IFC is designed and tested on a shaking table with a scale of 1∶40.The tower is 428m high with seismic precautionary intensity of 7 degree.The structural system consists of steel reinforced concrete frame columns and reinforced concrete corewalls.Ring trusses are located in the middle zone while outrigger trusses,ring trusses and sloping core are concentrated in the high zone.The key points of test design,such as the selection of similarity ratio,the simplification of test model,and the layout of measuring points are introduced.Furthermore,the test results of model damage,natural vibration characteristics,acceleration,displacement and dynamic strain are listed.The results correspond well with the analysis data,indicating that the structure design meets the expected requirements.The floors with both outrigger trusses and sloping core and floors above are seismic weak areas where it is recommended to take into account seismic strengthening measures further.
