摘 要:为研究钢管约束机制砂再生粗骨料混凝土的应力-应变关系,通过18根钢管机制砂再生粗骨料混凝土短柱试件轴压试验,分析了钢管机制砂再生粗骨料混凝土短柱中钢管和核心混凝土的应力-应变关系发展规律。以机制砂岩性(石灰石、卵石)、混凝土强度和含钢率为考察参数,根据钢管与混凝土变形协调条件,结合钢管和混凝土之间的相互作用,对钢管机制砂再生粗骨料混凝土短柱受力性能进行分析,得到核心机制砂再生粗骨料混凝土的应力-应变关系曲线,建立了核心机制砂再生粗骨料混凝土的应力-应变关系模型,并与试验结果进行了对比。研究结果表明:本文提出的应力-应变关系模型计算曲线与试验曲线吻合良好,计算值和试验值比值的平均值和变异系数分别为1.005和0.052,验证了核心机制砂再生粗骨料混凝土本构模型的准确性。In order to investigate the stress-strain relationship of manufactured sand recycled coarse aggregate concrete(MSRAC)-filled steel tubular,an axial compression test is conducted on 18 MSRAC-filled steel tubular short columns,examining the stress-strain relationship development laws in both steel and concrete components.The mechanical sandstone properties(limestone,pebbles),concrete strength,and steel ratio are taken as the investigation parameters.Based on the deformation compatibility condition between the steel tube and concrete,taking into account the interaction between steel and concrete,mechanical properties of the specimens are analyzed.The stress-strain relationship of core concrete is subsequently obtained.A stress-strain relationship model of core MSRAC is obtained and compared with experimental results.The results show that the stress-strain relationship model proposed has a good agreement between the calculated curve and the experimental curve,with the average and coefficient of variation of the ratio of calculated and experimental values being 1.005 and 0.052,respectively.This verifies the accuracy of the constitutive model for MSRAC confined by the steel tube.
