摘 要:为研究不同掺量与不同直径的绿色纤维对自密实混凝土(SCC)抗压性能及劈裂抗拉强度的影响,本文分别展开了1.5mm与0.22mm直径的绿色纤维,在不同掺量下对其在28d养护龄期下宏观力学性能的试验研究,同时从微观层次扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其微观结构进行研究与分析。研究结果表明,绿色纤维能够较好的与自密实混凝土相结合,发挥出良好的力学性能。随着绿色纤维掺量的增大,绿色纤维自密实混凝土的轴心抗压强度与劈裂抗拉强度呈上升趋势,当绿色纤维的体积分数达到1.5%时绿色纤维自密实混凝土能发挥出最好的抗压性能,大于1.5%时有所回落。此外,相比于1.5mm的绿色纤维,0.22mm绿色纤维能够更好地与自密实混凝土相结合,发挥出更好的力学性能。To investigate the effect of different dosing levels and diameters of recycled industrial fibres on thecompressive properties and splitting tensile strength of self-compacting concrete (SCC). In this paper, recycledindustrial fibres with diameters of 1. 5 mm and 0. 22 mm are investigated at different doping levels and theirmacroscopic mechanical properties are studied under 28d curing age, while their microstructure is studied andanalysed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) at the microscopic level. The results show that the recycledindustrial fibres can be well combined with SCC and exert good mechanical properties. The axial compressivestrength and splitting tensile strength of green fibre self-compacting concrete tends to increase as the amount ofgreen fibre is increased. The best compressive properties of green fibre self-compacting concrete are achieved whenthe volume fraction of green fibre reaches 1. 5%, falling back at greater than 1. 5%. In addition, the 0. 22 mmgreen fibre is able to combine better with the self-compacting concrete to give better mechanical properties than the1. 5 mm green fibre.
