摘　　要：习近平总书记提出了以“六个坚持”为主要内容的全球发展倡议,科学全面地阐述了世界为什么要发展、要实现什么样的发展以及怎样发展等重大问题。全球发展倡议运用马克思主义世界观和方法论,聚焦发展是人类社会永恒追求的主题;是对西方发展主义的超越和扬弃,彰显了致力于人类共同发展的大国韬略;着眼“发展”这一时代重大课题,是自身发展寓于全球发展的必然抉择。党的二十届三中全会再次强调要落实全球发展倡议等三大倡议。未来,还需在发展理念的深化、机制的对接、平台的建设等方面进一步推动全球发展倡议从“大写意”向“工笔画”跨越与转变,为联合国2030年可持续发展目标的实现、世界经济政治新秩序的重塑、世界发展新格局的构建作出更大的贡献。General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the Global Development Initiative with the“Six Persistences”as the main content and scientifically and comprehensively expounded the major issues such as why the world should develop, what kind of development should be achieved and how to develop.The global development initiative uses the Marxist world outlook and methodology to focus on development as the eternal theme of human society. It is a transcendence and sublation of Western developmentism, highlighting the great power strategy committed to the common development of mankind;focusing on the major issue of“development”in this era is an inevitable choice for selfdevelopment to reside in global development.In the future, it is necessary to further promote the leap and transformation of global development initiatives from“freehand”to“fine brushwork”in terms of the deepening of development concepts, the Connectivity of mechanisms, and the construction of platforms, so as to make greater contributions to the realization of the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, the reshaping of the new world economic and political order and the construction of a new world development pattern.
