摘　　要：在大国竞争加剧与全球供应链加速重组的大背景下,国际政治经济格局面临着深刻变化,各类风险与不确定性对国家经济增长和发展形成掣肘。基于此,韩国尝试构建经济安全战略,旨在达成维护国家经济自主性,提升国际竞争力;推动实现国家地位诉求,奠定所需物质基础;利用国际秩序调整之机,谋求参与构建国际经济新秩序的目标。韩国分别从供应链安全、科技安全以及贸易安全三个维度出发,打造本国经济安全战略体系。具体来看,其努力提升供应链弹性与韧性,确保本国供应链安全;全面提高尖端科技发展水平,维护国际竞争优势;积极落实“中国+1”战略,推动贸易投资网络化。韩国探索构建经济安全战略的各类举措不仅对其自身产生重要影响,也将对东北亚乃至整个东亚地区产生深远影响。Under the background of intensified competition among great powers and accelerated restructuring of global supply chains,the international political and economic structure is facing profound changes,and various risks and uncertainties are hampering national economic growth and development.Based on this background,South Korea actively tries to construct an economic security strategy,aiming at maintaining national economic autonomy and enhancing international competitiveness;promoting the realization of statehood aspirations and laying the necessary material foundation;taking advantage of the adjustment of the international order,seeking to participate in the construction of a new international economic order.South Korea builds its own economic security strategy system from three dimensions:supply chain security,technology security and trade security.Specifically,it strives to enhance the resilience and toughness of its supply chain and ensure the security of its supply chain.It will comprehensively raise the level of development of cutting-edge science and technology and maintain its international competitive edge.It will actively implement the"China+1"strategy and promote trade and investment networking.South Korea's various measures to explore the construction of economic security strategy will not only have an important impact on itself,but also have a profound impact on Northeast Asia and even the entire East Asia region.
