海峡两岸参与东盟制造业价值链的比较研究

摘　　要：东盟是海峡两岸的重要贸易伙伴。基于区域价值链视角,从价值链参与度、价值链嵌入度、产业竞争力三个方面比较分析海峡两岸参与东盟制造业价值链的主要特征,并从贸易合作模式、价值链合作模式、价值链合作程度三个维度比较分析两岸与东盟制造业价值链合作模式。研究显示:从主要特征看,近年来中国内地参与东盟制造业价值链的程度更高,且嵌入模式较快速地由“后向”向“前向”转变,但是台湾地区制造业在东盟价值链中的嵌入深度指数上,目前整体明显高于中国内地,且竞争力更强;从合作模式看,两岸均以直接价值链合作为主,但台湾地区价值链合作程度更高。ASEAN is an important trading partner for both sides of the Taiwan Straits. Based on the perspective of regional value chain, this article constructs a method system suitable for analyzing the dynamic evolution of value chains in specific regions in three aspects: value chain participation, value chain embeddedness and industrial competitiveness.Meanwhile, it comprehensively analyzes and compares the value of the participation in ASEAN manufacturing and the main characteristics, and the cooperation models of two Sides' participation in the ASEAN manufacturing value chain from three dimensions: trade cooperation model, value chain cooperation model and value chain cooperation degree. The research shows that compared with Taiwan region, the Chinese mainland has a higher degree of participation in the ASEAN manufacturing value chain and stronger industrial competitiveness. However, in the field of high-tech industries, it lacks competitiveness and is still mainly shallowly embedded;from the perspective of cooperation models, the trade cooperation methods between both sides of the Taiwan Straits and ASEAN manufacturing industries are mainly value chain cooperation, and the form of value chain cooperation is mainly direct value chain cooperation, but the degree of value chain cooperation in Taiwan region is higher.
