摘  要:免疫抑制剂是临床上减轻器官移植排斥反应、改善受者术后短期临床结局最常用的治疗手段。然而全身使用免疫抑制剂会增加受者机会性感染的风险和恶性肿瘤的发生率。因此,将免疫抑制剂高效靶向递送至靶器官显得尤为重要。淋巴结是移植排斥反应激活的主要场所,近年来,靶向淋巴结的药物递送系统已在移植排斥反应治疗中发挥越来越重要的作用。本综述简要介绍了淋巴结在移植排斥反应中的作用机制,重点阐述了淋巴结靶向药物递送系统的构建及其在移植排斥反应中的应用进展,旨在将其应用于移植排斥反应的治疗以改善预后。Immunosuppressants are the most commonly used therapeutic means to reduce organ transplantation rejection and improve short-term clinical outcomes of patients after transplantation.However,systemic use of immunosuppressants increases the risk of opportunistic infections and the incidence of malignancies.Therefore,the efficient targeted delivery of immunosuppressants to target organs is particularly important.Lymph nodes are the main sites of transplant rejection activation.In recent years,drug delivery systems targeting lymph nodes have played an increasingly important role in the treatment of organ transplant rejection.This review briefly introduces the mechanism of action of lymph nodes in transplant rejection,and focuses on the construction of lymph node targeted drug delivery system and its application in transplant rejection,aiming to apply it in the treatment of transplant rejection toimprove patient outcomes.
