摘　　要：本文分析了计算机应用智慧化的含义、分类、重大意义、技术框架、发展战略、目标和任务,并提出了评价模型、指标及加快智慧应用发展的措施建议。This article explores the computer application smartization,discussed the meaning,classification,significance,technical framework,development strategic goals,and tasks of smart computer applications,and proposed evaluation models with indicators and measurements and provided suggestions to accelerate the development of computer application smartization.
