摘 要:采用可视化实验验证了三维数值计算模型的有效性,基于验证的仿真模型对不同电磁阀开度电控单体泵的内部空化特性和流通特性进行了计算研究。结果显示,随着压差增大,空化首先出现在节流处,然后出现在下游;流动分离导致节流处产生空化,射流的卷吸作用导致下游发生空化;在所有进口压力下,电磁阀开度越大临界空化数越大。节流处的总蒸汽体积分数达到2%时会导致阻塞流动,流量系数减小;在阻塞流动发生前,流量系数随压差变化很小;阻塞流动发生后,节流处空化随压差增强导致速度系数增加,但是面积系数减小更多,从而使流量系数越小;节流处的蒸汽体积达到最大值后,电磁阀开度越大流量系数越小,当开度大于0.10 mm时,流量系数随开度的变化很小。The internal cavitation flow characteristics and flow capacity of electronic controlled unit pumps with different valve core lift were calculated and studied based on the three-dimensional numerical calculation model validated through visual experiments.The results show that as the pressure differential increases,cavitation first appears in the throttling section and then downstream.Flow separation leads to cavitation in the throttling section,and the entrainment effect of the jet leads to cavitation downstream.Moreover,under all inlet pressures,the larger the valve core lift,the greater the critical cavitation number.When the total vapor volume fraction in the throttling section reaches 2%,choking flow happens and the flow coefficient decreases.Before the occurrence of choking flow,the flow coefficient varies lightly with pressure differential.After the occurrence of choking flow,the enhanced cavitation with the increase of pressure differential in the throttling section leads to an increase in velocity coefficient,but a greater decrease in area coefficient,resulting in a smaller flow coefficient.After the vapor volume in the throttling section reaches the maximum,the larger the valve core lift,the smaller the flow coefficient.When the valve core lift is greater than 0.10 mm,the flow coefficient changes very lightly with the lift.
