摘 要:能量转换效率低是制约热光伏发电进一步开发与应用的重要原因。为了突破这一壁垒,提升能量转换效率,本文以GaSb电池为研究对象,利用半导体物理和普朗克热辐射理论,探究以黑体为辐射源,温度分别设置为1000 K,1500 K,2000 K,2500K,3000 K,光谱区间0.4~2.0μm,电池温度变化范围0~200℃时,GaSb电池性能参数的变化以及能量转换效率;结合物性参数变化,确定电池在特定的光谱区间内,电池在热控温度下与辐射源的最佳匹配温度。结果表明:电池在不同的热控温度时,电池的能量转换性能不同;当电池热控温度在0~110℃时,最佳黑体辐射源温度为2000 K;当电池热控温度在110~200℃时,辐射源温度应该保持在2500 K。The low-efficiency thermophotovoltaic conversion is an important reason restricting the further development and application of thermal photovoltaic power generation.To break through this barrier and improve energy conversion efficiency,this work takes the GaSb cell as the research object,utilizes semiconductor physics and Planck thermal radiation theory,and explores using blackbody as a radiation source,with the temperature set at 1000 K,1500 K,2000 K,2500 K,3000 K,and spectral ranges between 0.4~2.0μm.Obtaining changes in performance parameters and energy conversion efficiency of GaSb cell with a temperature range of 0~200℃.Determine the optimal matching temperature between the cell and the radiation source under thermal control temperature within a specific spectral range based on changes in physical parameters.The results indicate that the thermoelectric conversion performance of batteries varies at different thermal control temperatures;When the battery thermal control temperature is 0~110℃,the optimal black-body radiation source temperature is 2000 K.When the cell thermal control temperature is 110~200℃,the radiation source temperature should be kept at 2500 K.
