摘 要:为推动我国海绵城市的全域化建设,充分利用现有资源有效缓解日益严峻的城市内涝问题,提出城市公园海绵系统的构建模式与技术方法。以天津市梅江公园为例,在量化与模拟计算的基础上,构建具有为公园外围城市区域提供雨洪管理服务的公园海绵系统,并配置适宜的海绵措施。改造后的梅江公园能够实现对自身及周边一定区域内20年一遇降雨情况下的径流管控,显著提高了公园所在区域的雨洪管理能力。以此,为提升我国城市公园的内涝防治能力提供理论依据和技术支持。In order to promote the comprehensive construction of sponge city in China and make full use of existing resources to effectively alleviate the increasingly severe urban waterlogging problem, the paper proposes the construction mode and technical method of sponge system in urban parks. Taking Meijiang Park in Tianjin as an example, based on quantification and simulated calculation, the paper constructs a park sponge system to provide stormwater management service for urban area around the park, and configures appropriate sponge measures. After the transformation, Meijiang Park can realize the runoff control under the condition of rainfall once in 20 years in itself and some surrounding areas, and significantly improve the stormwater management ability of the area where the park is located. In this way, it provides theoretical basis and technical support for improving the waterlogging prevention and control ability of urban parks in China.
