摘　　要：生理弹性与老年人健康和功能密切相关。本文对老年人生理弹性评估方法进行综述,着重介绍压力测试、老年人生理弹性量表、生理弹性轨迹、预期恢复差异法和衰弱疾病不匹配法在生理弹性评估中的应用,以期为从生理弹性角度促进健康老龄化提供参考。Physical resilience is closely related to the health and function of the elderly.This paper reviews the assessment methods of physical resilience in the elderly,focusing on the application of stress test,Physical Resilience Instrument for Older Adults(PRIFOR),physical resilience trajectory,difference in expected recovery and frailties mismatch in the assessment of physical resilience,so as to provide reference for promoting healthy aging from the perspective of physical resilience.
