摘　　要：高校党建与思政教育是实现“为党育人、为国育才”根本目标的主渠道和落实立德树人根本任务的关键工作,两者是否互动协调在很大程度上影响着高校育人质效。新时代高校党建与思政教育互动创新面临着体制机制缺失、各自定位模糊与数字化融入不够的困境,使得两者之间互动性降低、实效性弱化。为此,在新时代推进高校党建与思政教育互动创新,亟需构建高校党建与思政教育互动创新的机制体系,明确高校党建与思政教育互动创新的各自定位,增强高校党建与思政教育互动创新的数字化效能,以更好地培养社会主义现代化建设者和接班人。Party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities are crucial channels for achieving the fundamental goal of“educating people for the Party and the country”and are essential in fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtues and cultivating individuals.The degree to which these two aspects are interactively coordinated significantly impacts the quality and effectiveness of education in colleges and universities.In the new era,the interactive innovation of Party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities faces difficulties such as a lack of systematic mechanisms,unclear positioning,and insufficient digital integration.These challenges lead to reduced interaction and diminished effectiveness.Therefore,to advance the interactive innovation of Party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era,it is imperative to establish a systematic mechanism for this interactive innovation,clarify the respective positioning,and enhance digital effectiveness for better training of socialist modernization builders and successors.
