摘 要:为深入探究高温锈蚀耦合作用下粘结性能的变化规律,对48个中心拉拔试件进行高温下拉拔试验。结果表明:高温下粘结性能随着温度等级增大呈现减小趋势,随锈蚀率增大而逐渐降低。温度700℃且锈蚀率为6%时,试件粘结强度降低了53.8%。最后,基于试验数据建立了高温-锈蚀耦合作用下的粘结滑移本构方程,得到了服役结构遭受火灾时的粘结性能评估规律。In order to investigate the change of bonding properties under the coupling effect of high temperature corrosion,48 central drawing specimens were tested under high temperature.The test results show that the bonding property decreases with the increase of temperature grade,and decreases with the increase of corrosion rate.When the temperature is 700℃and the corrosion rate is 6%,the bond strength of the specimen decreases by 53.8%.Finally,based on the test data,the bonding slip constitutive equation under the coupling action of high-temperature corrosion is established,and the evaluation law of the bonding performance of the service structure under fire is obtained.
