摘　　要：论文以某纯低温余热发电供热项目改造为例,从干法水泥纯低温余热发电技术背景出发,阐述回收循环冷却水余热用于供热的必要性,介绍该项目水源热泵机组回收该部分余热的系统流程及运行方案,同时提出项目改造设计过程中应注意的问题,并说明项目改造后的节能效果和经济性。This paper takes the transformation of a pure low-temperature waste heat power generation and heating project as an example,starting from the technical background of dry cement pure low-temperature waste heat power generation,expounds the necessity of recycling the waste heat of circulating cooling water for heating,introduces the system process and operation plan of the water source heat pump unit in this project to recover this part of the waste heat,and also proposes issues that should be paid attention to during the design process of the project transformation,and explains the energy-saving effect and economy of the project after transformation.
