摘 要:针对经济性较差的楼盖布置方式对工程经济性产生巨大影响的问题,以实际工程背景为依据,建立分析模型,通过仿真软件PKPM-CAE进行数值模拟并得到造价估算值,最后分析活载荷、柱网尺寸、混凝土强度和钢筋等级对楼盖造价的影响,并应用于实际工程验证其经济性。结果表明,单向双次梁的布置方案具有良好的经济性,相较于单次梁的布置方案可以节省314万元,极大节约了建筑成本。Aiming at the problem that poor economic floor arrangement has a huge impact on the engineering economy,based on the actual engineering background,an analysis model was established,and the simulation software PKPM-CAE was used to conduct numerical simulation and obtain the cost estimate.Finally,the impact of live load,column mesh size,concrete strength and steel bar grade on the unit cost was analyzed.It was also applied to practical engineering to verify its economy.The results show that the arrangement scheme of one-way double beam has good economy,and can save 3.14 million yuan compared with the arrangement scheme of single beam,which greatly saves the construction cost.
