摘 要:提出一种基于镁/聚四氟乙烯(MT)药剂的密闭式红外辐射特性生成技术,分析了MT烟火药剂燃烧规律、燃烧产物热物性参数和红外辐射生成原理。为获得红外辐射结构表面的温度场分布特征,通过理论计算分析了MT烟火药剂体系在密闭绝热系统中燃烧产物热物性参数,建立了流场、化学反应和热辐射耦合的二维轴对称模型。通过数值仿真分析了镁/聚四氟乙烯药剂配比和药柱直径对红外辐射结构表面温度分布的影响。仿真计算结果表明,在B药剂体系中,适当降低镁粉含量有利于燃烧热增加,有利于提高辐射结构表面温度。在MT烟火药剂燃烧过程中,燃烧产物温度越高,红外辐射结构表面温度分布均匀性越差,通过增大药柱直径,扩大热流作用面积,有利于缩短红外辐射强度成型时间、提高温度均匀性。A closed infrared radiation characteristic generation technology based on magnesium/polyterafluoroethylene(MT)pyrotechnic compound is proposed.The combustion properties,the thermal property characteristics of the combustion products and infrared radiation generation principle of the MT pyrotechnic are analyzed.In order to obtain the temperature field distribution characteristics of the surface of the infrared radiation structure,the combustion properties of the combustion products of the MT pyrotechnic compound system in a fully closed adiabatic system are analyzed through theoretical calculations.A two-dimensional axisymmetric model is established for the coupling of flow field,chemical reaction and thermal radiation.The influence of magnesium/polyterafluoroethylene agent ratio and grain diameter on the surface temperature distribution of infrared radiation structure is analyzed through numerical simulation.Simulation calculation results show that in the B pyrotechnic compound system,appropriately reducing the magnesium power content is beneficial for increasing combustion heat and improving the surface temperature of the radiation structure.In the combustion process of MT pyrotechnic compound,the higher is the temperature of the combustion products,the worse is the uniformity of the surface temperature distribution of the infrared radiation structure.By increasing the diameter of the pyrotechnic compound column and expanding the heat flow area,it is beneficial to shorten the infrared radiation intensity forming time and improve temperature distribution.
