摘 要:电子束(electron beam,EB)辐射固化是实现丙烯酸酯压敏胶环保和高效生产最有前景的技术。以聚氨酯丙烯酸酯为光敏树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂为增粘剂、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯为交联剂、常规丙烯酸酯单体为活性稀释剂,通过EB辐射固化技术制得新型压敏胶。研究了光敏树脂、增粘剂、交联剂等的用量对所制得压敏胶初粘力和初粘力的影响,在优化配方的基础上进一步研究了辐照剂量的影响。Electron beam radiation curing is the most promising technology for environmental friendly and efficient production of acrylate pressure sensitive adhesives.In this work,polyurethane acrylate was used as photosensitive resin,acrylate resin as tackifier,tripropanediol diacrylate as crosslinking agent,and conventional monomer as active diluent,a new type of pressure sensitive adhesives was prepared by electron beam radiation curing technology.The amount effect of photosensitive resin,tackifier,and tripropanediol diacrylate on the initial adhesion and long adhesive force of the obtained acrylate pressure sensitive adhesives were investigated.On the basis of optimizing the formula,the effect of radiation dosage was further studied.
