摘　　要：己二腈(ADN)是工业生产尼龙66和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)不可或缺的中间体。丁二烯直接氢氰化法生产己二腈技术具有工艺简单、成本较低、安全环保的优点,是生产己二腈的重要工艺。介绍了丁二烯直接氢氰化法生产己二腈的反应机理和技术、主要原料丁二烯和氢氰酸的供应现状、己二腈的全球市场现状和下游产品的消费情况,指出了中国发展丁二烯直接氢氰化法生产己二腈的产业化难点,提出了今后的发展建议。Adiponitrile is an indispensable intermediate for the industrial production of nylon 66 and HDI.The direct hydrocyanation of butadiene is the main production process of adiponitrile because of its simple process,low cost,safer and more environmentally friendly.The reaction mechanism and technology of direct hydrocyanation of butadiene to produce adiponitrile were introduced,the supply status of the main raw materials butadiene and hydrocyanic acid,the global market status of adiponitrile,and the consumption of downstream products were also introduced.The industrialization difficulties of developing direct hydrocyanation of butadiene to produce adiponitrile in China was pointed out,and development suggestions was put forward.
