海上稠油油井渗析中性解堵技术研究与应用

摘　　要：针对渤海油田某稠油区块的油井堵塞物成分主要为聚合物、重质原油和无机垢等,堵塞物对油井产能释放会造成较大影响的问题。从解堵剂的筛选、解堵剂的解堵原理、溶解堵塞物能力和地层水矿化度对其影响等方面开展了渗析中性解堵剂的研制和性能评价。研制出适合稠油油藏的渗析中性解堵剂BD-1,该剂对有机物溶解性能好、洗油能力强和渗析效果好。在50℃下,BD-1与稠油混合后稠油降黏率达到97%以上,堵塞物的黏度小于300mPa·s。现场应用结果表明,该解堵剂对提高油井产能效果显著,7口油井解堵后的日产油量是施工前的1.5~2.1倍,产液量也大幅度增加。The blockages of polymer flooding effected wells in Bohai heavy oil reservoir were mainly polymers,heavy crude oil and inorganic fouling.The blockages have a greater impact on the release of oil well productivity.In response to this situation,The development and performance evaluation of dialyzing neutral plugging agent were carried out from the aspects of screening of plugging agent,plugging principle of plugging agent,plugging dissolution ability and the influence of formation water salinity on plugging agent,A dialysis neutral plugging agent BD-1 suitable for heavy oil reservoirs was developed.The agent has good solubility to organic matter,strong oil washing ability and good dialysis effect.At 50℃,the viscosity reduction rate of heavy oil after mixing BD-1 and heavy oil was more than 97%,and the viscosity of the blockage was less than 300mPa·s.Field application results showed that the plugging agent has a remarkable effect on improving oil well productivity,the oil production of seven oil wells in Bohai oilfield was 1.5~2.1 times that of the day before construction,and the fluid production was greatly increased.
