摘  要:开发一套新型合成釜设备,对合成釜分布器位置、尺寸和结构进行深入研究。优化设备纵横比,延长气体停留时间,单釜产量由3.5t/h提高至4.4t/h。通过对甲醇汽化器稳压系统和氯甲烷合成气出气系统进行优化,降低蒸汽消耗52kg/t。摸索得出酸气冷凝器和甲醇加热器的最优氯甲烷合成气投料体积比为2∶8,甲醇加热器最优的氯甲烷合成气出气温度为78~92℃。To develop a new type of synthetic reactor equipment,the position,size and structure of the synthetic reactor distributor were studied in depth,so as to save equipment land and facilitate maintenance.The aspect ratio of equipment was optimized,the gas residence time was extended,and the output of a single reactor was increased from 3.5t/h to 4.4t/h.The steam consumption was reduced by 52kg/t by optimizing the pressure regulating system of methanol carburetor and the gas outlet system of chloromethane synthesis gas.It was found that the optimal feeding volume ratio of chloromethane syngas between acid gas condenser and methanol heater was 2:8,and the optimal chloromethane synthesis gas outlet temperature of methanol heater was 78~92℃.
