摘　　要：乙酸叔丁酯装置产品塔脱酯塔(T9103)顶的高酯中间品物料通过裂解釜裂解后进入二异丁烯脱酸塔进行分离。裂解后物料水与乙酸在二异丁烯脱酸塔(T9105)中分离不完全,影响产品销售。通过更改工艺流程,T9103顶产品直接进入T9105,同时对T9105塔进行改造,处理T9103塔顶物料,达到回收乙酸叔丁酯且销售低酯二异丁烯的目的。The high-ester intermediates at the top of the deester tower(T9103)of a tert-butyl acetate plant product tower were separated into a disobutylene deacidification tower after pyrolysis in a pyrolysis reactor.The separation of raw material water and acetic acid in disobutylene deacidification tower(T9105)was not complete,which affected the sale of products.By changing the process flow,T9103 top products directly into T9105,at the same time,T9105 tower modification,treatment of T9103 top material,to achieve the recovery of tert-butyl acetate and sales of low-ester disobutylene.
