摘　　要：概述了河北新启元能源技术开发股份有限公司沸腾床加氢装置工艺流程优化改造情况。评估装置原有工艺流程和运行过程中存在的问题,针对装置存在的催化剂剂耗高及操作复杂等问题,采用中石化(大连)石油化工研究院有限公司开发的煤焦油沸腾床催化剂及推荐的改造方案对现有流程进行了优化改造。装置改造后,操作灵活性大幅提升,催化剂剂耗降低约30%,同时降低了操作强度及安全风险。The technological process modification and optimization of the ebullated bed hydrogenation unit of Hebei Xinqiyuan Energy Technology was described.The problems existing in the process flow and operation of the existing plant were evaluated,and the optimization plan was put forward.The modification scheme improved the operation flexibility of the unit,prolonged the catalyst replacement cycle,reduced the operation strength and safety risks,and reduced the catalyst consumption by 30%.
