摘 要:为解决在应用空场嗣后充填采矿法开采矿石过程中爆破对胶结充填体的冲击及损伤问题。以玉溪矿业某一临近胶结充填体的矿房为研究背景,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA数值模拟软件,分析矿岩在爆破瞬间及后续破碎过程中的应力分布、位移变化和破坏模式等情况。同时结合爆破振动参数,对矿岩破碎效果及周围充填体的损伤程度做出一个量化评估。数值模拟结果验证了爆破参数的合理性。研究结论为优化爆破效果,降低开采过程中爆破对充填体矿柱的损伤,指导后续爆破作业提供了理论依据。Cemented filling body's impact and damage problems caused by blasting in the process of empty field subsequent cut-and-filling stoping,to solve the issues,we took the following measures.One cemented filling body mine room close to Yuxi Mining Industry is taken as the study background.ANSYS/LS-DYNA numerical simulation software is adopted to analyze stress distribution,displacement deformation and broken pattern,and other situations in the ore-bearing rock explosion and subsequent crushing process.The quantitative assessment for broken ore-bearing rock results and the degree of damage to the surrounding backfill body was done by combining the vibration parameters.The numerical modeling results verified the reasonability of blasting parameters.The study results show that the blasting effect should be optimized,to reduce the damage of the backfill body ore pillar of the backfill body in the exploration process,it provides theoretical foundations for the subsequent exploration operation.
