摘  要:某铜矿的铜精矿浓密机出现溢流水固含偏高,甚至跑浑的情况,不仅造成铜金属流失,还因回水固含过高严重恶化铜钼分离指标致使铜钼分离系统停车。通过沉降试验采用石灰与2769M混合用药试验发现,在石灰用量600 g/t条件下添加8 g/t絮凝剂2769M,溢流水固含可降到193 mg/L的同时沉降速度大幅提升。经工业生产实践,添加石灰及2769M之后,铜精浓密机溢流水固含能控制在200 mg/L以内,达到了降低溢流水固含的目的。The overflow water has a high solid content even in mudflow situations one copper mine.It not only can cause copper metal loss but also can cause system shutdown because backwater has high solid content,and the copper-molybdenum separation indicators are severely worsened.when lime mixed with 2769 M,when the lime dosage is 600 g/t,the addition of 600 g/t flocculant for 2769M,the solid content of overflow water can reduced to 193 mg/L,and at the same time,the sedimentation speed is greatly increased.In the industrial production practice,the copper concentrate thickener overflow water's solid content can be controlled at 200 mg/L after the addition of lime and 2769M,and the purpose of reducing the solidification content of overflow water is achieved.
