摘 要:针对该地区的褐锰矿进行了选矿试验,探索有效的选矿工艺。通过对矿石的多元素分析、粒度筛析试验以及工艺矿物学研究,研究了矿石的物理化学性质和矿物组成。原矿入选品位Mn为32.30%,含有较低的有害元素铁和磷,有利于提升锰精矿的质量。通过高梯度强磁选工艺试验,在优化的工艺条件下,锰精矿产率达到64.03%,Mn品位为40.16%,锰回收率为79.68%,满足了商品锰精矿一级品的质量要求。For the braunite in this area,the beneficiation test was done to probe the effective beneficiation process.The physicochemical properties of ore and mineral composition was described detailed through ore's multielement analysis,particle size screen analysis test and process mineralogy study.The beneficiation feed grade of raw ore Mn is 32.30%,which contains low content of harmful elements iron and phosphorus,it is beneficial to improve the quality of manganese concentrate.After high gradient strong magnetic separation process practice,under the optimized process conditions,the yield of manganese concentrate can reach 64.03%,Mn grade is 40.16%,the recovery rate of manganese is 79.68%,it can meet the quality requirements of the first grade of commercial manganese concentrate.
