摘 要:针对国外某高硫铜矿样,分别进行了先铜后硫的优先浮选工艺及铜硫混选分离工艺流程试验研究。结果表明,优先选铜工艺流程铜硫指标明显较好。不仅铜精矿品位较铜硫混选工艺显著高出11.30个百分点,铜回收率也高出1.41个百分点,而且硫精矿中硫的品位也较铜硫混选工艺显著高出12.83个百分点,硫回收率也高出9.62个百分点。优先选铜工艺流程小型闭路试验,可以获得铜精矿和硫精矿两种精矿产品,铜品位31.23%、铜回收率89.75%的铜精矿,硫品位45.78%、硫回收率61.09%的硫精矿。For one foreign high-sulfur copper ore,the preferential flotation process of copper and sulfur,and copper sulfur mixing separation process test was carried out separately.Results show that,the copper and sulfur indicators of selective copper flotation process flow are better significantly.Copper concentrate grade is significantly higher by 11.3%compared to the copper and sulfur mixing process,the recovery rate of copper is higher by 1.41%,the sulfur grade of sulfur concentrate is significantly higher by 12.83%,the recovery rate of sulfur also is higher by 9.62%.By using a small closed circuit test of selective copper flotation process flow,we can get two kinds of concentrate production-copper concentrate with a copper grade of 31.23%,a copper recovery rate of 89.75%,and sulfur concentrate with a sulfur grade is 45.75%,sulfur recovery rate is 61.09%.
