摘  要:针对某型飞机机载ZL101A铝合金箱体支架开裂,进行了宏、微观断口,化学成分,显微组织及力学性能验证与分析。结果表明:铝合金支架的化学成分Fe元素超标,抗拉强度及硬度均符合标准,延伸率不合格。由于铸造过程中未进行有效变质处理,导致生成了粗大的共晶Si针状相、针状Al3Fe有害相,进一步恶化了合金的机械性能,降低了材料塑性;支架螺钉安装孔壁较薄,导致承载能力不足、在拆卸时受过大冲击载荷,造成支架过载断裂。Cracking occurs on the ZL101A airborne case frame of a certain type of aircraft,so the validation and analysis of macro fractures,microscopic fractures,chemical components,microscopic structure,and mechanical properties was carried out.Results show:that the Fe element of the aluminum alloy frame is over the limit,the tensile strength and hardness all meet the requirements,and the elongation rate is unqualified.The gross eutectic Si acicular phase was produced due to the effective modification treatment was not done in the casting process,acicular Al3Fe is a harmful phase,it furtherly deteriorates the mechanical properties of the alloy,reduces the material plasticity;the bracket screws are installed on the thin hole walls,which results in insufficient carrying capacity,it received excessive shock loads in dismounting process,it caused overload breakage of frames.
