摘 要:采用酸溶分解样品,经蒸馏锗与共存离子分离消除干扰,运用CP-AES法测定铜、铅、锌矿石、煤烟尘中锗含量;试验结果表明,在6.0 mol/L的盐酸体系中,锗以四氯化锗的形态从盐酸溶液中能蒸馏完全;Ge校准曲线的线性范围为0.10~50.00μg/mL,校准曲线线性相关系数为0.99997;方法检出限为0.0106μg/g,测定范围10~50000 g/t,结果相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为0.2%~3.4%;加标回收率97%~107%。本法测定结果与国标方法-原子荧光光谱法测定值均一致。Samples treatment process flow are acid solubility dissolution,germanium distillation,and separation of co-existing ions to eliminate interference.The CP-AES method is adopted to measure copper,lead,zinc ore,and germanium content in bituminous coal dust;the test results show,that in 6.0 mol/L hydrochloric acid system,germanium exists in the form of germanium tetrachloride,it can completely distillate in hydrochloric acid solution;The linearity range of the calibration curve is 0.10~50.00μg/mL,the relative coefficient of the calibration curve is 0.99997;The method detection limit is 0.0106μg/g,the measuring range is 10~50000 g/t,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11)of results is 0.2%~3.4%;the additional standard recovery rate is 97%~107%.The measured value is consistent with the measured value by an international method-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.
