摘　　要：针对高炉进行封炉特殊操作时排料计算、炉内填充及上部空出容积、封炉参数预控,尤其是对封炉休风前停煤停氧、停止下料、末次出铁等过程关键控制节点的精确处理和有效控制、校核等相关联数据相互影响的复杂问题,研发了相关技术方法。实现了高炉封炉流程的模块化、精准化,确保封炉料准确落入位置、封炉渣铁成分及焦比控制准确,为提升封炉控制精度、缩短封炉和开炉进程、降低冶炼成本奠定基础。The corresponding technical methods were developed for banking special operations of blast furnace,such as discharge calculation,furnace filling,the volume of the upper empty part,pre-control of furnace banking parameters,especially the precise handling and effective control and check of the critical control joints of coal and oxygen cut-off,stop unloading,the last tapping and so on,for the complex problems of mutual influences of the correlated data.It realized modularization,precision of banking flow of blast furnace to make sure sealing stock can fall into position,and precise control of banking slag iron composition and coke ratio,it can lay the foundation for improvement of the accuracy of furnace sealing,shortening of furnace banking and blowing-on process,reducing of smelting costs.
