摘  要:针对铝电解槽常发生漏槽事故且人工巡检测温工作量大的问题,采用三钢温度在线测温系统,该系统采用模块化组合实现物联网端到端的温度无线传输,通过对电解槽三钢被测点的实时在线检测,有效对测量点位异常温升和温升趋势进行预警预报,系统测温绝对误差在11℃以内,数据实时性强且移动安装方便。Leakage of electrolyzer is common in aluminum electrolyzer,and the workload of manual inspection temperature measuring is heavy,so an online temperature measuring system for three temperature measuring parts is adopted,a modular combination is adopted to realize wireless transmission of temperature data from end-to-end of Internet of Things in this system.The early warning and forecasting of abnormal temperature rise and temperature rise trend can be realized effectively for measuring parts,the absolute error of system measuring is within 11℃,data with strong real-time performance and easy to move and install.
