移置胶带升段移设技术的研究及应用

摘　　要：分析了移置胶带升段移设技术的影响因素,确定了最大移设距离、升段高度、移设平台坡度等参数,阐述了升段移设工程实施过程和难点,该技术应用后,排土机排土段增高了30 m,移置胶带移设频次缩减到1~2次/a,可节约成本≥6400万元。It analyzed the influencing factors for displacement belt lift relocation technology,it confirmed the maximum relocation distance,lift height,the gradient of relocation platform,and the other parameters,It described the implementation process and difficulties of lift displacement engineering,the height of dumping stage of overburden spreader was increased by 30 m,the displacement belt shift frequency was shortened by 1~2 times per year,it can save costs of more than￥64 million yuan.
