摘  要:从矿石原料、入炉燃料、碱金属等方面分析了炉墙结厚的原因,针对出现的结厚征兆,采取了控制有害元素入炉负荷、低碱度高物理热、疏通边缘煤气流、热洗炉等措施,使炉墙结厚事故能提前预防,且结厚部位和形态的判断精准率≥80%,洗炉时30个冶炼周期内基本可以恢复正常炉况。The causes of blast furnace wall liner thickening were analyzed from ore raw material,in-furnace fuel,alkali metal,and other aspects.For the signs of thickening,the following measures were taken,such as controlling harmful elements in furnace load,low alkalinity and high physical heat,heat cleaning of furnace,and so on.The accident of blast furnace wall liner thickening can be prevented in advance,and the judgment accuracy of thickening parts and form≥80%,furnace cleaning for 30 smelting cycle,the common furnace conditions of the furnace can be recovered.
