摘　　要：艰难梭菌是抗生素相关性腹泻最常见的一种致病菌,也是全世界范围内最常见的医疗机构相关感染,特别是作为伪膜性肠炎等相关疾病的重要病原体,受到越来越多的临床关注。随着儿童艰难梭菌高感染率的广泛报告,给医疗系统带来持续负担,因此,开展儿童艰难梭菌感染的监测工作尤为重要。本研究就艰难梭菌在儿童中的定植、感染、分子流行病学特征及其影响因素、诊断治疗等方面进行了归纳汇总,旨在总结儿童艰难梭菌感染相关的研究进展,为开展持续监测和改进儿童艰难梭菌防控策略提供参考。Clostridioides difficile is one of the most common pathogens of antibiotic-associated diarrhea,and the most common healthcare-associated infections worldwide,especially associated diseases such as pseudomembranous enteritis.It is receiving increasing clinical attention.With high rates of C.difficile infection in children widely reported,there is an ongoing burden on the healthcare system.Therefore,surveillance for C.difficile infection in children is particularly important.This article summarizes the colonization,infection,molecular epidemiological characteristics,influencing factors,diagnosis and treatment of C.difficile in children,aiming to summarize the research progress related to C.difficile in children and to provide reference for the development of continuous surveillance and improvement of C.difficile prevention and control strategies in children.
