摘  要:本文基于离子色谱法建立了一种快速测定黄河流域水样中碘离子的新方法。结果表明,线性范围为0.10~5.00 mg/L,相关性系数r大于0.9998;方法检出限达到0.005 mg/L,加标回收率在97.2%~102.1%之间。以标准样品进行回收率实验,重复测定6次时,原样及加标样的RSD分别为0.55%、0.30%。该方法能够快速有效地测定环境水中的碘离子浓度,具有精密度好、灵敏度高等优点,该方法可用于工业生产以及科学研究。Based on ion chromatography,this paper establishes a new method for rapid determination of iodide ions in water samples from the Yellow River Basin.The results show that the linear range is 0.10 to 5.00 mg/L,with a correlation coefficient r greater than 0.9998.The detection limit of the method reaches 0.005 mg/L,and the recovery rate of spiked samples ranges from 97.2%to 102.1%.In the recovery experiment using standard samples,when measured six times repeatedly,the RSDs of the original sample and the spiked sample are 0.55%and 0.30%,respectively.This method can quickly and effectively determine the concentration of iodide ions in environmental water,with the advantages of good precision and high sensitivity.It can be applied to industrial production and scientific research.
