摘　　要：目的:建立紫外分光光度(UV)法测定清火栀麦片中栀子苷含量的方法,并对结果进行不确定度评定。方法:采用UV法进行方法学验证并测定栀子苷含量,对测定结果进行不确定度评定,计算合成不确定度,最终给出测量结果。结果:清火栀麦片中栀子苷经不确定度评定表明其含量测定结果在95%置信区间下的扩展不确定度为±1.724%(k=2)。结论:建立的不确定度评定法能为紫外分光光度法测定中药复方制剂有效成分的不确定度分析提供参考。Objective:To establish ultraviolet spectrophotometry(UV)for the determine of geniposide in Qinghuo Zhimai tablet and the uncertainty of the result was evaluated.Methods:The UV method is used to verify the methodology and determine the content of gardenoside,evaluate the uncertainty of the determination results,and calculate the synthetic uncertainty,and finally give the measurement results.Results:The evaluation of the uncertainty of gardenoside in Qinghuo Zhimai tablet showed that under the 95%confidence interval the expanded uncertainty of the content determination results was±1.724%(k=2).Conclusion The established uncertainty evaluation method can provide a reference for the uncertainty analysis of the determination of effective components in traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations by UV spectrophotometry.
