摘  要:目的:开发一种高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定醋延胡索中延胡索乙素和延胡索甲素的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱选用Kromasil 100-5-C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(三乙胺调pH值至6.0)(55∶45),流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1),波长:280 nm下检测,柱温:30℃。结果:在该色谱条件下,两个对照品均达到基线分离,线性关系良好(r>0.9995,n=5);平均加样回收率为96.90%~100.05%,RSD为0.7%~1.9%。结论:该检测方法简便、灵敏、稳定、可靠,可作为醋延胡索的质量控制方法之一。Objective:To develop a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for simultaneous determination of tetrahydropalmatine and tetrahydropalmatine in vinegar yanhusuo.Method:HPLC was used,with Kromasil 100-5-C18 column as the chromatographic column.The mobile phase was methanol 0.1%phosphoric acid solution(adjusted to pH 6.0 with triethylamine)(55:45),with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1) and detection at a wavelength of 280 nm.The column temperature was 30℃.Result:Under the chromatographic conditions,both control samples achieved baseline separation with a good linear relationship(r>0.9995,n=5);the average recovery rate was 96.90%~100.05%,and the RSD was 0.7%~1.9%.Conclusion:This detection method is simple,sensitive,stable,and reliable,and can be used as one of the quality control methods for vinegar yanhusuo.
