摘　　要：本文概述了贵阳市的新能源汽车发展现状及技术支持体系,深入探讨地方标准起草过程、实施策略及其与国家标准的衔接机制。强调国家行业标准及技术规范在试点中的关键作用,提出标准试点应用的具体推进计划,包括成功案例与经验的分享。构建监测评估指标体系、评估方法与定期反馈的循环机制,以确保试点建设的成效得到实时监控与评价。重点分析试点建设的初步成效,识别存在的主要问题,并针对性地提出对策建议与优化路径。This article provides an overview of the current development status and technical support system of new energy vehicles in Guiyang City,and explores in depth the process of drafting local standards,implementation strategies,and the linkage mechanism with national standards.Emphasize the key role of national industry standards and technical specifications in the pilot program,and propose specific promotion plans for the application of standards in the pilot program,including sharing of successful cases and experiences.Establish a monitoring and evaluation index system,evaluation methods,and a mechanism for regular feedback loops to ensure that the effectiveness of pilot construction is monitored and evaluated in real time.Focus on analyzing the initial results of pilot construction,identifying the main problems,and proposing targeted countermeasures and optimization paths.
