摘　　要：采用Top-down技术评估车用柴油闭口闪点的不确定度,通过验证测试数据的偏倚和精密度,确认数据受控且样品稳定。计算实验室内期间相对标准偏差(Sp,rel)和重复性相对标准偏差(Sr,rel),并通过外部质量控制评估测定结果偏倚(Sbias,rel)。结果表明,实验室间精密度对不确定度贡献显著,日常检测可通过能力验证数据评估精密度控制。Using Top-down technology to assess the uncertainty of the closed flash point of automotive diesel,the bias and precision of the test data are verified to confirm that the data is controlled and the sample is stable.The within-laboratory relative standard deviation(Sp,rel)and the repeatability relative standard deviation(Sr,rel)are calculated,and the determination result bias(Sbias,rel)is assessed through external quality control.The results show that the inter-laboratory precision contributes significantly to the uncertainty,and the precision control of the daily detection can be assessed through the data of capability verification.
