摘　　要：人员是特种设备检验机构最核心的资源。加强人员管理是特种设备检验机构保持检验检测能力的重要保证。本文从机构人员技术能力保持的总体要求及保持人员技术能力的措施等方面汇总分析,以达到保障机构人员能力持续满足要求的目的。Personnel are the core resource of special equipment inspection institutions.Strengthening personnel management is an important guarantee for special equipment inspection institutions to maintain their inspection and testing capabilities.This article summarizes and analyzes the overall requirements for maintaining the technical capabilities of institutional personnel,as well as measures to maintain their technical capabilities,in order to ensure that the capabilities of institutional personnel continue to meet the requirements.
