摘　　要：本文旨在探讨特种设备使用安全监管的优化管理模式建设。通过对当前特种设备使用安全监管的必要性分析,本文提出了一套特种设备安全监管的优化管理模式。该机制建设包括健全安全监督检查组织架构、常态开展特种设备安全知识宣讲,强化日常监管;依托信息系统进行精准监管,保障重点时段设备安全;完善救援体系,提升应急能力。This article aims to explore the construction of an optimized management model for the safety supervision of the use of special equipment.By analyzing the necessity of safety supervision for the current use of special equipment,this article proposes an optimized management model for safety supervision of special equipment.The construction of this mechanism includes improving the organizational structure of safety supervision and inspection,conducting regular safety knowledge lectures on special equipment,and strengthening daily supervision;Relying on information systems for precise supervision to ensure the safety of equipment during key periods;Improve the rescue system and enhance emergency response capabilities.
