摘　　要：示波器是一种综合性电信号特性测量仪器,是广泛应用于设计、制造、生产和维修的关键工具。文章介绍了数字示波器的带宽、采样率、存贮长度三个最重要的性能指标之间的关联,并选用DPO7354C数字示波器分析了在实际应用中对测试信号波形的影响。Oscilloscope is a kind of comprehensive electrical signal characteristic measuring instrument,and it's a key tool that widely used in the design,manufacture,production and maintenance.This paper introduces the correlation among three important performance indexes of digital oscilloscope,including bandwidth,sampling rate and storage length.Based on DPO7354C digital oscilloscope,the influence of test signal waveform in prac-tical application is analyzed.
