摘　　要：恶性肿瘤患者术中常需大量输血,过去的研究认为术中回收式自体输血(IOCS)可能重新输注恶性肿瘤细胞引起肿瘤扩散和复发,目前大多研究均展现出白细胞滤器(LDF)可去除回收血液中的肿瘤细胞,增加了IOCS应用于恶性肿瘤患者手术的安全性和可行性。文章综述了LDF去除肿瘤细胞的原理、可能机制以及LDF在恶性肿瘤手术IOCS中的相关研究进展,以期为临床提供参考。Patients with malignant tumors often need a large amount of blood transfusion during surgery.Previous studies suggested that intraoperative cell salvage(IOCS)may re-transfuse malignant tumor cells into the body to cause tumor spread and recurrence.However,most current studies have shown that a leukocyte depletion filter(LDF)can remove tumor cells in cell-salvaged blood,which increases the safety and feasibility of IOCS for surgery in patients with malignant tumors.This review summarizes the principle and possible mechanism of LDF in removing tumor cells,and the research advances in using LDF in malignant tumors autologous blood transfusion to provide a clinical reference.
