摘 要:选取东北地区某片区为研究区域,利用InfoWorks ICM软件建立一维/二维耦合城市内涝模型。模型模拟结果显示,在1年一遇、3年一遇、5年一遇、10年一遇、20年一遇、30年一遇的设计降雨情景下,研究区内均有超过50%的排水管网处于超负荷状态;在3年一遇降雨的标准下,研究区雨水管网排水能力达标率仅有27.7%;在30年一遇的设计暴雨情景下,研究区域内多处产生严重积水,积水深度最高达1.2 m,城市内涝高风险区主要位于八面通街和乌苏里路附近。为提高城市内涝应急管理效率,在内涝风险等级评价的基础上提出城市内涝智慧化管理方案,可为城市应急管理部门防涝管理工作提供参考。In this paper,an area in the northeast region is selected as the study area,and a 1D/2Dcoupled urban flooding model is established using InfoWorks ICM software.The model simulation results show that under design rainfall scenarios with return periods of 1year,3 years,5years,10years,20years,and 30years.,more than half of the drainage network in the study area is overloaded.Under the standard of 3years,the drainage capacity of the study area is only 27.7%.Under the 30year design storm scenario,severe waterlogging occurs in many places in the study area,with a maximum waterlogging depth of 1.2m,and the high-risk areas for urban flooding were mainly located in the vicinity of Bamiantong street and Ussuri road.In order to improve the efficiency of urban flooding emergency management,this paper proposes an intelligent management program for urban flooding based on the evaluation of flooding risk level,which can provide a reference for the urban emergency management department to prevent flooding management.
