摘　　要：[目的]全面推进农业绿色转型,全方位夯实高质量发展的生态基础,是农业强国建设的重要支撑和必然要求。[方法]文章围绕全面推进农业绿色转型的主题,聚焦“全面”“推进”“转型”3个关键词,阐释其丰富内涵,从实践层面探索其实现路径。[结果](1)“全面推进”要明确“全面”的内容,即农业布局、农业资源利用、农业生产手段、农业产业链接、农产品供给、农产品消费的全面绿色转型以及各环节的全面统筹。(2)“绿色转型”要把握“转型”的方向,以农业高质量发展为经济发展方向,以农业强国建设为国家战略导向,以满足人民对优质安全农产品的需求为根本目的。(3)“全面推进”要注重“推进”的系统性、整体性,处理好全面推进与重点推进、全面推进与协调好转型速度力度进度、原生性与衍生性3种关系。[结论]“全面推进”的实现路径包括全面加强水土生资源保护、全面开展面源污染综合防治、系统推进生态系统保护修复、全环节保障绿色优质农产品供给、创新绿色导向的技术体系与加速市场导向的绿色技术产业化。To comprehensively promote the green transformation of agriculture and comprehensively consolidate the ecological foundation of high-quality development is an important support and inevitable requirement for the construction of agricultural powerful country.Centring on the theme of comprehensively promoting agricultural green transformation,this paper focused on 3 key words of"comprehensive","promotion"and"transformation",explained its rich connotation and explored the realization path from practical level.The results were listed as follows.(1)The contents of"comprehensive"in"comprehensive promotion"were clarified as comprehensive green transformation covered agricultural layout,resources utilization,production means,industry links,product supply and product consumption,as well as the overall planning of each stage.(2)"Green Transformation"should grasp the direction of"transformation",and it took high-quality agricultural development as the economic development direction,took the construction of powerful agricultural country as the national strategic guidance,and meet the people's demand for high-quality and safe agricultural products as the fundamental purpose.(3)"Comprehensive promotion"should focus on the system and integrity of"promotion",and handle the three relationships between comprehensive promotion and key promotion,comprehensive promotion and coordination of transformation speed,intensity and progress,and originality and derivatization.Therefore,the realization path of"Comprehensive promotion"containes comprehensively strengthening the protection of water,land and biological resources,comprehensively carrying out integrated prevention and control of non-point source pollution,systematically promoting the protection and restoration of ecosystems,ensuring the supply of green and high-quality agricultural products in all stages,innovating green oriented technology systems and accelerating market-oriented green technology industrialization.
